Refund Policy
Net Impact will offer a refund, less $50, until October 15, 2009. October 15, 2009 through November 1, 2009 refunds will be given less $100. After November 1, 2009 registration will NOT be refunded for any reason. To request a refund please email Lauren Davis at ldavis@netimpact.org with the subject line: Refund Request.
Please note: Registration is not transferrable.
Proof of Purchase
You should receive a confirmation via email after submitting all of your information. If you do not receive this e-mail, you are NOT registered. It is your responsibility to inform Net Impact if you do not receive a confirmation. Please email the Conference Team at conference@netimpact.org with the subject line: Registration Failure.
Receipts
Please print or save your receipt as you will not be able to access it after you exit the registration module. If you need a receipt, please contact conference@netimpact.org with the words Receipt Request: Your Name in the subject line.
