Brook Chang

 

Brook is a business professional with 8+ years of experience in finance and operations. She specializes in financial analysis, budget management and process development, skills that she acquired from working in the consumer product manufacturing industry, including most recently six years at Procter & Gamble. She is passionate about social and environmental justice. During her time at P&G, she actively engaged in various company-wide efforts in Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equality. She joined Net Impact to pursue a career that allows her to more directly contribute to causes that she cares about.

As a leader on Net Impact's Finance and Operations team, Brook is committed to supporting the organization's growth through strategic financial management and operational process optimization. She will also focus her energy on talent initiative and development.

Brook studied Finance, MIS and Entrepreneurship at the University of Arizona and holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
