Diane Wertime

Diane empowers organizations to be effective in support of safe, vibrant communities. With over 12 years of progressive management experience, she oversees strategic programming and events at Net Impact. A former Deloitte Consulting management professional, she led engagements to launch strategic initiatives and technological solutions for government and intergovernmental agencies, including U.S. Department of Homeland Security agencies, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the World Bank.

She has sat on and advised local nonprofit boards, partnering with executives, funders, and community members. Prior to joining Net Impact, Diane was Board Director of an Impact100 women’s collective giving philanthropy and Board Vice President of a mental health nonprofit, Housing Unlimited. Diane is a Truman National Security Fellow and a peer-nominated Committee Member of its Member Advisory Board. She holds an M.P.A. in Federal Management and Policy from George Washington University and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
