As Chief Marketing Officer, Jes helps tell the 25+ year story of impact and change the Net Impact community has created. Serving as the marketing, expansion, and systems team lead, she is able to translate more than a decade of experience in creating strategic initiatives to build awareness, advocacy, and drive member engagement across our brand, chapter community, and through our programs.

During her tenure at Net Impact, she works across departments to inspire and engage our network and in this new role, she will amplify the voices of our community, drive engagement, and further establish credibility for the role our brand serves in the impact and sustainability space.

Jes is a life-long learner and always looking to absorb new things. She holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Slippery Rock University. She is located in the 'City of Brotherly Love', where she is raising a young daughter with her husband to make a bigger impact on the world, while leaving a smaller footprint.

  • The best advice I ever got was:  "A rising tide lifts all boats"- Always be the rising tide.
  • When I need to relax, I: Cook or binge watch TEDTalks.
  • I never leave the house without: Chapstick, a water bottle, and snacks!
