On Saturday, September 15th, we met with Granite Roots Brewery co-owners Chris & Mike to hear about the challenges and opportunities involved in running a nano brewery. We learned about their current business model strengths and weakness, short and long term goals for the brewery, and their re-branding as a company. Toward the end of our visit, we got a tour of the brewery to learn about the nano brewing process. It was an informative and fun evening overall!
