Food waste is a major problem that is often disregarded. Fully one-third of all food produced worldwide winds up in landfills. But most of us are not even conscious of the food we throw away each day, week, month, or year. A mere quarter of this lost food would be enough to feed every hungry soul on the planet.

Join us for a talk from the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company on how Nestle is committed to reducing food loss and waste. Sira Juntrasook will share how Nestlé has embedded sustainability into its strategic planning process to help solve this problem.

Sira received his Chemical Engineering degree from Rangsit University, and a Master’s Degree of Environmental Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology. He has over 19 years’ experience managing environmental challenges, health and safety concerns, and human rights issues.
