For more than 20 years Assistant Professor Sarote Phornprapha has been an inspiration to students of the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University. During his long career, Ajarn Sarote has been Executive Director, Head of the Executive MBA program, and a lecturer in Leadership & Ethics as well as Organizational Behavior, at Sasin. He will now become President, Dusit Thani College, and Director - Thailand Educational Operations, Dusit Educational Group.

His expertise lies in organization management. He has many years' teaching experience as principal lecturer in organizational behavior, leadership and business ethics. In addition, he has taught Negotiations, Change Management, Assessment of Organization Effectiveness, Organization Structure and Design, and Leadership Development.

Among Ajarn Sarote's projects has been designing Management Development programs for executives of both public and private organizations.
