Four innovative intrapreneurs will share their stories about the biggest challenges they faced on the road to success and then the floor will open to round table discussions to help brainstorm ways you can troubleshoot around your next green team roadblock.

Keynote Speaker:
Dr. Pat Daniel joins us to speak about employee engagement & motivation related to Green Teams. Pat is fascinated by what makes individuals, teams, and organizations succeed. With a Ph.D. in psychology and decades on the front lines of organizational development, executive coaching, and sustainability advocacy, she brings a depth of knowledge and experience in employee engagement and motivation.
Currently, Pat chairs the Marlboro College MBA in Managing for Sustainability in Brattleboro, Vermont. This unique learning community fosters courageous leadership for creating a flourishing world by equipping working adults with business tools, systems thinking, and personal development. Prior to Marlboro, Pat's career included serving as the chief executive officer of Ceres (a coalition of investors and environmentalists working with businesses on sustainability challenges), and managing team development and international training at Polaroid Corporation. She also teaches yoga and meditation.

Case Study A Moderator: Monica Sullivan is the Proprietor, Leadership Consultant & Executive Coach of Well Lit Path with over 16 years internal and external experience at companies including Levi Strauss & Co. and Burt’s Bees. She is also a Net Impact Boston Advisory Board Member.

Case Study B Moderator: Hannah Doran is a consultant with PwC's Sustainable Business Solutions practice, where she helps companies design and implement environmental and social strategies that create business value. Hannah has significant experience in sustainable supply chains and sustainability reporting and communications. She is also a Net Impact Boston Advisory Board Member.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
District Hall is located at 75 Northern Ave, Boston, MA 02210.

The main entrance is on Northern Avenue. There is also a second entrance on Seaport Boulevard.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The closest subway stop is Courthouse Station on the Silver Line (one stop from South Station) or we are about 10 minutes by foot from South Station.
BICYCLES:
District Hall has a number of bike racks available for guest use by the Seaport Boulevard entrance. In addition, the building is located right next to the Seaport Square Station on the Hubway bikeshare network. For more information on Hubway, visit www.thehubway.com.
PARKING:
There is parking available in a large lot to the west of the building. This can be validated for $10 parking after 4pm at the host stand in the restaurant Gather. Please contact gparker@lazparking for more info.
There is also metered street parking available around the building. Please bring quarters for the meters, or purchase a parking meter card from the Boston Transportation Department
(www.cityofboston.gov/parking/metercards.asp).

When does the event end?
After the speakers and closing of the event, we have scheduled 15 minutes for drinks and conversations. The conversation doesn’t have to stop there! We will be moving to Gather, a bar at the event venue to continue networking after the event ends.
