Join LeighAnne Baker and CYPN members for lunch!

This is the second event in CYPN's Lunch with Leadership series, and after our inagural event with Kim Skanson, we are excited to welcome LeighAnne Baker, CHRO.

LeighAnne Baker serves as a member of the Cargill’s Executive Team. LeighAnne joined Cargill in May 2014. In her key strategic role, she is the company’s principal architect of global human resources strategy and practices. For seven years prior to joining Cargill, LeighAnne served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Hertz Global Holdings. Under her leadership, Hertz rapidly became an award winning employer of choice. At Hertz, she filled a vital role working directly with Hertz Board of Directors on compensation, succession and Board of Director recruiting.
