Be Your Own Boss Military Edition is a one week seminar to teach aspiring Entrepreneurs the basic concept of launching/owning a business. Students of Net Impact prepared materials in the weeks ahead, conducted cost analysis, held weekly committee meetings, and facilitated the workshop on Fort Hood Military Base. The workshop covered topics such as Entrepreneurship, Budget, Types of businesses (LLC., Sole Proprietor, etc.), DBAs. On Day 5, the Attendees presented their business idea in front of a “Shark Tank” panel which consisted of Net Impact students, Professor Clemons, Tracey Arnold and Jeffrey Fullam. At the end of Day Five, three businesses were chosen for an Entrepreneur Scholarships given by Net Impact central Texas College
