About us

The Scheller student chapter of Net Impact supports the development of future business leaders by elevating awareness of sustainability and equipping students with skills to address environmental and social impact issues as they progress in their careers. Scheller Net Impact designs experiential learning programs, such as Board Fellows and Pro Bono Consulting, that provide opportunities for students to work with nonprofit organizations and coordinates events, such as speaker series and career panels, to reveal career pathways in sustainability and the social impact sector. Many programs and events are coordinated in partnership with the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business and the Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ILE). Scheller Net Impact also coordinates sustainability-related volunteer events and hosted its first local conference March 2017. The Scheller chapter holds the Gold Chapter designation and was voted Club of the Year by MBA Candidates in 2017. It was ranked as a Top 50 school for both Social Impact and Environmental Sustainability in the 2014 edition of Business As UNusual.
