Join Johns Hopkins Carey Net Impact, in collaboration with the Hult Prize at Johns Hopkins University, for a screening of vignettes from the award winning Girl Rising documentary.

The screening will be followed by breakout discussions about the challenges facing girls and how to improve access to childhood education on a global scale.

For this event, we screened vignettes from the award winning documentary Girl Rising. Following the viewing, participants broke out into discussion groups to talk about the challenges facing girls and how to improve access to childhood education on a global scale. The goal of this event was to raise awareness for the Hult Prize at JHU, facilitate networking between potential Hult team mates, and help people start to think about the issues depicted in the case.
