FoodCon 2016 will be a one-day conference held Friday, November 11th at NC State University focused on "The Business of Sustainable Food." Our goal is to bring together a diverse audience of students, community members, and business professionals who have a shared interest in the sustainable food industry. Together with UNC's Kenan-Flager Net Impact and Duke's Fuqua Food and Agriculture Club, we'll host a full day of panels and speakers, including keynote speakers Kirsten Tobey of Revolution Foods, Cheryl Queen of Compass Group USA, and Gerardo Reyes Chavez from the Coalition of Immokalee Workers.
