Matthew was a founding member of Etsy, led the process to make Etsy a B-Corp, and is the Executive Director of Etsy.org which has now spun off from Etsy and is called The Good Work Institute. Prior to founding Etsy.org, Matt was the longest-serving Etsy employee with titles that include VP of Community; VP of Communications; VP of Marketing; European Director; VP of Values & Impact; and the CEO of Etsy Ireland.
