Students traveled across the globe to 5 different locations to do pro-bono consulting projects in these communities. These projects range from 2 to 6 weeks in length. It is an opportunity that connects students internationally to global and societal issues. Below are details for one of the projects:

- Sugarpie, Kenya (4 participants): Sugarpie is Nairobi’s first cupcake shop. They believe in the importance of women’s education and access to opportunities, which is why they hire young women who haven’t had access to schooling and provide them with the training and skills to build long-term professional careers. entrepreneurship.

Project Scope (s): 1) Develop strategy for production & sale of new product line, 2) Conduct marketing research to determine which products to sell locally vs. internationally, where, and at what price point
