Come join Net Impact Philadelphia for an evening all about local produce! Hear about the benefits and challenges of local produce production and distribution from a panel of our featured guests: South Philly Food Co-op, Philly Foodworks, The Food Trust, and The Common Market. After the panel, we will have ample time for networking so that you can learn how to get involved! Hosted in partnership with WeWork as part of their Summer Wellness Series, the event will take place on the outdoor patio at 1430 Walnut Street. We will have light snacks and refreshments.

South Philly Food Co-op is a community of South Philadelphia residents who are working together to open a grocery store that uses food as a force for good. The Co-op will bring fresh, whole, sustainable (and lots of local!) foods at fair prices to the heart of our neighborhood.

Philly Foodworks is an online market and farm share program that is dedicated to creating a sustainable local food system for the Greater Philadelphia region.

The Food Trust's mission is to ensure that everyone has access to affordable, nutritious food and information to make healthy decisions. Working with neighborhoods, schools, grocers, farmers and policymakers, we've developed a comprehensive approach to improved food access that combines nutrition education and greater availability of affordable, healthy food.

The Common Market is a nonprofit regional food distributor with a mission to connect communities with good food from sustainable family farms. We strive to improve food security, farm viability, and community and ecological health.
