The Net Impact (NI) Philadelphia Chapter is seeking a Membership Chair to serve as a leader on our board and drive membership engagement and retention strategy.

This role would primarily be responsible for understanding the needs of our chapter members and driving long term engagement strategy. This is a great role that plugs into a very active social impact & business community in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:
-- Attend monthly meetings (either conference call or in-person)
-- Attend annual retreat to plan year's programming
-- Partner with other board members, particularly Marketing and Events on member communication
-- Facilitate recruitment of new memberships
-- Maintain chapter’s membership database
-- Liaise with the Net Impact Central organization on membership tracking and reporting
-- Monitor membership data for trends in growth, retention and interests
-- Drive premium membership strategy and define membership value proposition

Qualifications:
-- Motivated to positively impact the local community
-- Organized, responsive, and reliable
-- Able to attend monthly events and participate in monthly meetings (by phone or in-person, dependent on the month)
-- Strong business communication skills
-- Ability to commit at least one year of service

Other requirements:
-- This position typically requires a time commitment of 1-3 hours a week, plus meeting times and events.
-- NI Philadelphia Chapter does not require monetary contributions from its Board Members, however, Board Members purchase their own tickets to events when applicable
-- Must be a Premium Member of our chapter ($65 a year)
