About Stephanie

Stephanie Lampkin is the founder and CEO of Blendoor - a mobile job matching application that uses a blind recruiting strategy to circumvent unconscious bias and facilitates diversity. Think “anti-Tinder” focused on getting women, Black, Latino, Indigenous, veteran, and disabled candidates to tech companies. Stephanie has over 13 years work experience in tech through companies like Northrop Grumman, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Deloitte and TripAdvisor, but is now focused full time on changing how people, organizations and companies connect based on merit not pattern matching. Stephanie graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering and MIT Sloan with a MBA.
