Research conducted throughout Downtown San Marcos to determine and select single provider for all rubbish and to create recycling opportunity for businesses.

Sidney Lanier was selected by City of San Marcos to work directly with Amy Kirwin, Director of Solid Waste. With 3 volunteers, Sidney made a total change of paradigms in the City for the 1st recycling ever in Downtown and with rubbish pick up by a single provider.
