Net Impact’s first event of the term, consists of a discussion and Q&A session with a panel of distinguished guests from the field of transportation. The theme of this panel discussion was Sustainable Transport in Edmonton and the panelists in attendance would be (please see the bios at the end):

• Hana Galal, Manager, Strategic Planning and Sustainability Specialist, Edmonton International Airport
• Kieran Ryan, Co-Founder, POGO Carshare
• Karly Coleman, PhD Student at the University of Alberta, and Recreation and Transportation Director, Alberta Bicycle Association
The session started with a formal round of Q&A by a moderator followed by questions from audience and networking opportunity afterwards. This was a great event for anyone interested in sustainability, government, planning or entrepreneur fields. To top the amazing evening, we had delicious food from a pizzeria sourcing all ingredients locally; a sustainability must!
