October 31 is the 13th Annual Careers in Sustainability Forum at Kenan-Flagler. The Careers in Sustainability Forum brings professionals from a variety of industries to discuss their passion, purpose, and journey into an impactful career. Through this collaboration between the Net Impact Club and the Center for Sustainable Enterprise, students learn about sustainability-related careers that are often underrepresented at other recruiting events. The Forum focuses on bringing professionals with business backgrounds—especially Kenan-Flagler alumni—to campus to provide their perspectives on pursuing social, environmental, or triple bottom line careers. Guest professionals engage with students in candid conversations through panel sessions focusing on specific industries or functional roles relevant to sustainability.

Markus Wilhelm, Chief Executive Officer of Strata Solar, will provide the keynote address for the Forum. Strata Solar is a leading solar developer in the Southeastern US, headquartered in Chapel Hill.
