The Careers with Impact Forum is an annual conference at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School that connects MBA students with impact-focused business leaders and forward-thinking companies to inspire social, environmental, and financial change. The theme of this year's conference is “Challenging the Status Quo,” to highlight and surface opportunities to make positive social change through business by challenging the way things are typically done. Our panels and skills-building workshop focus heavily on the intersectionality of diversity, equity, and inclusion and how these topics continue to push the boundaries of business and sustainability.
