Mike Malloy is CEO of Waveborn, a socially responsible sunglasses company founded in 2011, which partners with United for Sight and Surgical Eye Expeditions to support eye health initiatives in places such as Ghana, Honduras and India. Waveborn donates eyeglasses for every pair of sunglasses sold, and made over 10,000 donations in 2013. With over 100 styles in their summer collection, Waveborn is expanding its presence in optometrists' offices, surf shops, and retailers across the country. Malloy has an MS in computer science from Georgetown and spent 4 years working for Deloitte Consulting before joining Waveborn full-time in 2012.

Tim Richards is CEO of ReefCam, which he founded in 2012 with a small group of business school classmates at American University. The company's mission is to bring live HD video of the world's most beautiful coral reefs to smart devices and HDTV, in the process raising coral reef awareness and donating 25% of profits directly to marine education and conservation efforts. ReefCam's growing network of undersea cameras includes locations in the Grand Cayman, St. Thomas, and Australia's Keppel Bay. Richards earned his MBA from AU in 2013 and a bachelor's degree in geography from Virginia Tech in 2008.
