Join DCNI and the Sierra Club for a personal tour of the net-zero Discovery Elementary School in Arlington and you can see how sustainability is not only being integrated into the school’s infrastructure, but also into its curriculum for the students. Cathy Lin, Energy Manager for Arlington Public Schools will be our tour guide, and we will be talking about net-zero buildings and technology, how learning drastically improves for children in a net-zero space, objectives for other net-zero spaces in Arlington, and about potential opportunities for further engagement.
