Join DC Net Impact for a personalized tour of New Columbia Distillers; a distillery in the Ivy City neighborhood that makes Green Hat Gin; a distilled spirit that you may have seen in local bars or liquor stores. Learn how gin is made from start to finish, including New Columbia’s sourcing of local grain and water recovery methods. Afterwards, sampling of their product can be done and bottles will be available at a discounted price.
