  • 20% discount on full 3-day conference pass for your staff and network.

What is the included Expo set-up?

  • Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
  • Inside Booth: 6’ x 2’ draped table, 8’ drape along the back and 3’ drape along sides of the booth, two chairs, and one waste basket
  • Signage: One 7” x 44” text sign will be included, displaying the name of the exhibitor
  • Additional: The Expo vendor will offer additional services and rentals. Please consult expo@netimpact.org to learn more about the available services and rentals after registration.
  • Promotional/Marketing Materials: While we do allow handouts and promotional material, we encourage exhibitors to limit these in our efforts to keep the event as sustainable as possible. Any sales of items must first be cleared, and any food or beverage samples must be 3 oz. or less.

Expo Cancellation Policy

Cancellations emailed or postmarked by September 9, 2016 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after September 9, 2016 will not be refunded for any reason. We respectfully request that you do not cancel your participation after this date.
