The November 2017 Program: Through the Harvard Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Program, leaders learn powerful new strategies for enacting high-impact sustainability leadership that positions sustainability as a driver of organizational engagement, authenticity, agility, innovation, and change-capability. In this program we position sustainability as the ideal adaptive challenge for building every organization’s fitness, relevance and value for the 21st century, aiming to increase rates of engagement, change and innovation across organizations through purpose-driven organizational design and idea flow.

This year’s offering will run November 13-17, 2017 and be held at Loeb House (http://www.loebhouse.harvard.edu/) on Harvard University's campus in Cambridge, MA.  The residential session will provide a deep-dive into game-changing frameworks and tools, introduced by world-class faculty, culminating in an experience certain to enhance one’s understanding and practice of effective sustainability leadership efforts across a wide range of sectors and fields.

“The program provided useful strategies for analyzing, directing and managing change within organizations.  I enjoyed that the learning group was diverse and the material included real examples from schools and institutions, major corporations, small businesses, and governments.  This created opportunities for cross-pollination of ideas and practical tools from a broad spectrum of experience.” - Elizabeth Teague, Development Services Director, Town of Waynesville, NC, November 2016 course participant
