The Manager of Strategic Program Analysis will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and will be responsible for building and leading a team of analysts at the intersection of policy development and business analysis. This position will serve as the first Strategic Program Analysis team member and co-create the function with senior leadership in the division. The Manager of Strategic Program Analysis will support the evolution of a team dedicated to making policy easy to understand for various audiences – ensuring consistent understanding inside and outside the division.

HNP is seeking a full-time Manager to join our team. The position will be focused on leading client-based climate and energy policy projects in close coordination with HNP’s leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 3-4 client projects and working directly with clients and HNP leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in climate and/or energy policy at the state level.

Job Summary

The Paid Leave External Communications Manager is responsible for the communications and content strategy of the Paid Leave division, supporting all division initiatives, managing associated vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables, and collaborating with the DEED Communications team.

The Content Manager will oversee the production of the GIIN’s industry-leading publications, working with both internal and external stakeholders all around the world to deliver content that shapes the impact investing industry. The ideal candidate will be deadline-driven, have a strong editorial background, excellent communication and project management skills and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.

Status:  Full Time, Exempt

Reports to:  Director of Lending

Supervisory:  Supervises 1-2 Loan Officers

Primary Office:  California, in close proximity to one or more agricultural regions

Salary:  $100,000 - $120,000+ incentive compensation

The Communications Manager will articulate and amplify the GIIN’s public narrative and drive communications plans against key initiatives for the organization and impact investing industry at large.
