The Development Director is responsible for raising the annual revenue for UltraViolet ($5M across all entities for FY24) by maintaining the development systems, managing the development team staff, and representing UV publicly and in meetings with our donors and funders.

About the Job

As a new role for the GIIN, the Director of Individual Giving (DIG) will be responsible for building this new capability, designing, and implementing a donor-centric strategy to increase annual and multi-year revenue from individuals and family offices, principally through major gifts.

The Role
