Database Intern, Marketing & Operations
The primary focus of this temporary, part-time position will be the maintenance and improvement of Denham Wolf’s Salesforce database. Over the course of the summer, the Database Intern will work with the Marketing & Operations team to make the firm’s data more actionable. Priority areas may include nonprofit tax information, Denham Wolf project data, and contact information for both clients and project partners.
Depending on the skills and interests of the Database Intern, additional projects may include research on potential clients, supporting the identification of thought leadership topics, supporting the documentation of Denham Wolf’s hardware and software, and/or supporting HR-related benchmarking efforts.
Through these responsibilities and projects, the Database Intern will be exposed to the New York City real estate industry at large, the basics operations of a real estate services firm, and the overall structure of brokerage, capital project management, and development planning projects. This exposure will be enhanced by occasional visits to active project sites. As we are dedicated to serving the nonprofit sector, Denham Wolf will also provide the Database Intern with the chance to learn about the nonprofits that operate in New York City, including the nature of their leadership.
