The incoming Director, Giving & Social Impact (Director) will be part of this transformative team, leading impact through strategic philanthropy, engagement, advocacy and activations.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sustainable Business & Impact, the Director, Giving & Social Impact is a global role responsible for evolving and developing new aspects of the company’s strategic philanthropy and engagement strategy for maximum social impact. This individual believes that everyone has the right to be well and develop programs that disrupt inequity in wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, and activism. The Director will be a creator with the unique combination of vision and execution, helping to build on existing programs and bringing to life an internal “entity” for social impact and innovation to achieve the Be Well pillar within lululemon’s Impact Agenda. This role oversees non-profit granting strategy and partnership development across Advocacy and Access efforts, along with budgeting, operations, reporting and governance for granting. This individual aligns with and integrates key cross-functional and regional teams and internal partners with the vision and strategy for lululemon’s growing Social Impact platform.
