Donor Communications Coordinator

The Donor Communications Coordinator works on a variety of activities to support the California Chapter’s Donor Communications Team, which develops compelling materials for corporate, foundation, and individual major donors. The role is responsible for managing the gift acknowledgement process, supporting the Program Manager in management of donor communication products, proofreading and editing donor materials, and associated administrative tasks. The position reports to the Donor Communications Program Manager, under the direction of the Associate Director of Donor Communications.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate has Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience or equivalent combination, has experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading and in managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. The candidate should have experience working and communicating with a wide range of people, and experience with CRM databases.
