About Exposure Labs
Exposure Labs is the team behind Emmy-winning documentaries Chasing Ice and Chasing Coral and, most recently, the forthcoming Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma. Founded by Director Jeff Orlowski in 2009, Exposure Labs is uniquely positioned as both a production house – dedicated to telling stories of environmental, social, and political importance – and an impact hub – using film to create long-lasting change.

Our Culture
We believe passionately in the power of storytelling to change the world. We engage everyone with respect and humility. We approach conversations with an open mind, recognizing the need to unite, not divide, people around the challenges we face.
Our culture is fast-paced and intense – and also close-knit and collaborative. We work flexible hours with the energy of a startup. We value curiosity, creative thinking, dogged execution, and opportunities for growth. We love working with good people who have a positive attitude and friendly spirit.

The Internship
We are currently looking to fill one internship role to support the release of our new documentary, The Social Dilemma. The Film + Impact Internship will work across our team, bridging the worlds of production and impact, and is ideal for someone interested in social impact through film.
