The Supervisor – Sustainable Restaurants & Customer Experience on Global Impact’s Sustainability & ESG team will assist with the operationalizing of food and planet impact strategies in restaurants and for the customer experience through project management, communication materials development, partner coordination (internally and externally), cross-team alignment, and knowledge sharing activities.

Assist team leaders and members in operationalizing and executing food and planet impact strategies focused on restaurants and the customer experience, e.g. related to Packaging & Waste, Circularity, Climate & Energy, Renewable Energy, Water, Community Environmental Programs, Environmental Justice, Sustainable Sourcing, etc.
Coordinate resources and standard methodology sharing across teams, functional partners, and markets to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and strategies.
Support consultants in executing measurement, research and development to advance food and planet impact strategies
Assist with alignment of sustainability communications and messaging, working with partners in the US and International communications and campaigns teams, as directed.
Assist with annual ESG reporting as needed on food and planet impact areas.

Experience in sustainability, communications/marketing, corporate purpose or ESG-related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, and organized.
Strong project management, influencing and engagement skills.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work independently across global, virtual and cross-functional teams;
Values-driven behavior.
Degree in sustainability, ESG-related field, communications or marketing, preferred
