As a precursor to election day and the Monsanto attendance at the National Net Impact Conference, our club decided to host a debate centered on the relevant to Oregon topic of GMO labeling. Not only did we inform members before voting on the important issues, members were able to comfortable articulate arguments for and against GMO labeling. 12 Members were present.
