Hong has a background in program and project leadership, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. She was formerly a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Operations at Cisco, where she managed Supply Chain Sustainability, Social Environmental Responsibility, and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. She also held the position of Global Business Development and Diversity Manager at Intel where she managed supplier diversity and piloted and established government compliance and sustainability initiatives in China.
