Speaker Biographies

Jessica Bonanno is Community Development Associate with Democracy Collaborative. Her primary areas of expertise include impact investing, organizational design, and business development, with a special emphasis on start-ups, social ventures, and small to medium sized enterprises. She works with cooperative business ownership models including Cleveland's Evergreen Cooperatives. She holds an MBA from Notre Dame University.

Sarah Corrigan is Associate Consultant at Brown-Flynn. Sarah helps to keep BrownFlynn on the cutting edge of market developments, and leads the Firm’s analysis of sustainability ratings and industry benchmarking.Throughout her work, Sarah aims to communicate the value of reporting and to expand the use of quantitative data sources. Her clients have included companies in the financial services, packaging, and mining industries. Sarah holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Beau Daane is Director of Sustainable Development at Fairmount Santrol. In his position, Beau helps to support and advance the sustainability initiatives of the 13 Sustainable Development (SD) teams across Fairmount Santrol's 45+ facilities worldwide. Using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) to help embed sustainability holistically, Beau helps tell the story internally and externally about the many good things happening at Fairmount Santrol to advance people, planet and prosperity. Beau received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Anand Natarajan is Energy Manager for the City of Cleveland's Office of Sustainability. He has worked as a Sustainability and IT/Business Applications consultant with 12 years of well-rounded experience that includes Project Management, Business Analysis and Business Development. In 5 years with the Office of Sustainability he has managed energy efficiency and conservation projects in many City of Cleveland departments. Anand earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Andrew Watterson is Head of Sustainability at KeyBank. In his position Andrew uses his sustainability and organizational change expertise to lead the bank in the development and execution of a sustainability strategy that positions the bank for sustainable growth. In this role, he works with the corporate responsibility team and bank leadership to balance margin and mission to achieve dependable results. Andrew has a Master's in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University.
