Net Impact will be having a small lunch talk with Rachel Fleishman, head of Sustainability Asia Pacific at BASF on 27th March 2015, at BASF’s office in Central. Over the lunch talk, Rachel will share with us BASF's commitment & approach to sustainability - not only in their own operations but in their innovations for key customer markets. She will also share potential internship opportunities within the Sustainability department. Following are the details:

Bio of Rachel:
Rachel Fleishman is responsible for sustainability for BASF in Asia. In this role she focuses on two issues: supporting all BASF functions and business units to deliver on the corporate purpose – We Create Chemistry for a Sustainable Future; and engaging customers on their sustainability and innovation needs.
Prior to joining BASF Ms. Fleishman held management positions in several government, business and non-profit organizations, including Clinton Global Initiative-Asia, American Chamber of Commerce to the EU, and Sprint. She holds a BA from Tufts University, an MA from the University of Maryland School of Public Affairs and an MBA from Kellogg, at Northwestern University. Ms. Fleishman serves on the board of the World Food Programme Hong Kong and on the Teng Hoi Green Tray Steering Committee.
