AUB Innovation Day aims to celebrate innovation in different fields by creatively engaging the entire AUB community in educational interactive activities. 4 AUB centers and 15 student clubs, including Net Impact AUB Chapter, and startups organized a set of games, competitions, and challenges that reward students with appealing prizes.
Net Impact AUB Chapter organized a competition that allowed participants to win some valuable prizes. The competition required participants to collect water bottles around campus and place them in the recycle machine in the cafeteria. Each time the machine is used, it will provide a receipt with a point earned for each bottle recycled. At the end of the day, the participants were required to deliver the receipt to our booth in West Hall Common Room. The participants with the highest number of points were rewarded with some valuable prizes. The points that were collected by all the participants are equivalent to an amount of money that was donated to Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL).
