Our chapter went to a local, sustainable business in West Chester called the Couch Tomato. On our visit to the Couch Tomato we met the manager of the restaurant who explained their farm to table cooking process. Heavily involved in uplifting the community's sustainable development, The Couch Tomato makes all of their food through fresh,local, and organic resources.
