We invite you to join Net Impact for a night of good food, drinks, and conversation at the recently-restored FOOD BUILDING with Kieran Folliard, founder of Two Gingers whiskey. Kieran will share about developing socially-responsible businesses in the ever-changing, dynamic food industry and emerging with success.

Kieran Folliard has a storied background, having founded a group of infamous Minneapolis bars and pubs (The Liffey, Cooper’s, and Kieran’s Pub) before moving on to create and run Two Gingers whiskey. He recently chose to depart those successful business to begin his next chapter with the FOOD BUILDING, a collaborate space that hosts a meat company (Red Table Meats), cheese company (Lone Grazer Cheese), and, most recently, a flour and bread company (Baker’s Field). These companies share a space that is part-working kitchen and part-educational space in an effort to illuminate their sustainable processes with conscious consumers.
