This one hour interactive workshop focuses on identifying some key areas where team members and leaders can proactively engage best practices to cultivate healthy, productive environments for teams of diverse backgrounds and identities. We will be tailoring our conversation to focus on the unique position MBA grads will have moving back into the professional sphere. The discussion will focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ team members, but many of the tools covered have broad applicability.
