Our group toured Harpoon Brewery in South Boston, learning about the brewing process and, in particular, about how Harpoon incorporates sustainability into their operations model. For instance, we learned that Harpoon donates their grains left from the brewing process to local farmers and uses them to make pretzels that they sell at the brewery.
