To explore how we, as conscious consumers, can participate in stimulating change, we have invited several experts in the field of regenerative and ethical food systems to share their perspectives during a curated four-course dinner by award-winning plant-forward restaurant, Yerba. Experts will explore their vision for an inclusive shift in the way our food is produced and will introduce the roles that consumers take can take in actively stimulating sustainable practices.
