As the Senior Manager, Conference & Expansion, Brittany leads Net Impact’s efforts to construct and deliver an excellent, inspiring and educational event for 2,500 attendees at the annual Net Impact Conference. Brittany leads the team that works year-round to generate creative ideas and implement cutting-edge strategies to each year build a conference more sustainable, beneficial, and inspiring than the last. Brittany most looks forward to being energized by the 3,000 passionate individuals who have joined together to dedicate three days, and for many, the rest of their lives to using their careers for good. In addition, Brittany also leads chapter partnerships and strategic expansion into new audiences.
Kathara Green build spaces and experiences for individuals that are passionate about making an impact. At Net Impact, Kathara curates the +80 sessions and keynotes for the Net Impact Conference and manages the team that helps bring them to life. In addition to her work on the Conference Team, Kathara manages the Issues in Depth webinar program and is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Magnifier Team.
Ryan Steinbach works with talented professionals to build careers in social enterprise and impact investing. He is the Marketing Director at Impact Business Leaders, where he leads recruitment, marketing, and overall revenue generation for IBL programs designed to transition professionals into meaningful, full-time roles in the social sector. Prior to IBL, Ryan was a Community Manager for the Center for Social Value Creation at the Robert H. Smith School of Business where he connected students, alumni and coworkers to programs, networks and resources focused on social entrepreneurship, corporate sustainability and business model innovation. Before that, Ryan worked on digital marketing strategy and execution for Calvert Foundation, Oikocredit USA, and The Newberry Group. Ryan earned degrees in Marketing and Management at the University of Maryland, College Park.
