Addressing the Global Water Crisis Through Market Mechanisms

About the Webinar

Get ready for the next challenge: water. Some 2.6 billion people lack basic sanitation, and one in six, representing more than a billion souls, relies on polluted sources of water for their daily needs. If climate change is the shark, then fresh water is its teeth. In short, water will be a key factor in the coming decades, and those companies that manage the risks (and opportunities) associated with fresh water will gain a significant advantage. On this call Alexis discusses a new multi-stakeholder voluntary standard targeting companies and water service providers. Alexis explains how markets and MBAs can help ensure triple bottom line results, and how you can play a part in its development.
