Paul Ellingstad leads HP's global health partnerships and initiatives. Paul is collaborating to drive transformational IT implementations which strengthen health systems and accelerate the adoption of mobile solutions within the health sector. Paul has worked in the technology sector for 19 years. Prior to his current role he led communications and customer programs for the head of HP’s enterprise business sales in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Clinton Health Access Initiative

Jackson Hungu is the Deputy Country Director, Kenya at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI). He is also the global lead for mHealth and eHealth work in CHAI. For the past six years Jackson has led the implementation of access to HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs in Kenya in conjunction with the Kenyan government. In particular, Jackson oversaw the implementation of Early Infant Diagnosis of HIV (EID), ensuring early identification and treatment of infants born of HIV positive mothers.
