Amie Patel is an Investment Officer focusing on SEDF’s Palestine, South Asia and Haiti investments. Before joining SEDF she was an investment officer with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and a Presidential Management Fellow. There, she was responsible for developing and evaluating emerging market private equity fund and fund managers.
Amie has also worked as an M&A analyst with Merrill Lynch and First Union Securities covering the automotive, healthcare and telecommunications industries, and has served as a program manager for Students Partnership Worldwide in Nepal, working on environmental education and women's issues.
