The Path to Zero-Waste

Successful companies understand the importance of creating value for a broad spectrum of stakeholders: customers, employees, and society as a whole. But when environmental challenges are ever more pressing, how can established companies undertake increasingly ambitious sustainability goals while remaining competitive in the marketplace?

In this Issues in Depth call, Nestle Waters North America’s EVP of Corporate Affairs, Heidi Paul, will explore how her company is evolving their approach to sustainability from one which focused only within the four walls of their operations, to policy advocacy and building coalitions around common goals that support a zero-waste mindset.  NWNA is looking at zero-waste to go beyond its own operations and apply to end-of-use consumer packaging.  Heidi will share how NWNA has focused on the end-of-life of their bottles, and how people will need to work together, across silos, to make zero-waste a viable possibility.
