What Does Broadband Have To Do With It?

About the Webinar

While only 2% of global carbon emissions are attributable to the ICT sector, companies like Verizon have realized that their greatest positive impact lies in enabling their customers to use broadband and mobile networks that will help to reduce the 98% of global emissions that come from outside the ICT sector in industries such as energy production and supply, transport, building management, and construction. On this webinar, Chris provides an overview of the role of ICT in promoting energy efficiency, and shares some of the innovative technology Verizon is developing to help transition society towards more sustainable resource and energy use.
